Getting Started

Jump on mat to start.

JUMP PROTOCOLS

Countermovement

Start standing upright, dip down quickly (eccentric phase), and then immediately jump vertically (concentric phase).

Left / Right

Start standing upright on one foot, dip down quickly and jump.

Drop

Start from standing on a box (e.g., 30-60 cm), immediately jump as high as possible with minimal ground contact time.

Max

Jump as high as possible, with arm swings and maximal effort. No constraints on movement.

Squat

Start from a static squat position (-90 degree knee bend), pause for at least 2 seconds, jump vertically from this position.

Every jump has a unique signature—from the way you push off the ground to the way you absorb shock.

INDICE EXTRACTION

Starting from the raw jump signature, algorithms on the app use the tablet CPU to extract key metrics including:
