JUMP PROTOCOLS
Countermovement
Start standing upright, dip down quickly (eccentric phase), and then immediately jump vertically (concentric phase).
Left / Right
Start standing upright on one foot, dip down quickly and jump.
Drop
Start from standing on a box (e.g., 30-60 cm), immediately jump as high as possible with minimal ground contact time.
Max
Jump as high as possible, with arm swings and maximal effort. No constraints on movement.
Squat
Start from a static squat position (-90 degree knee bend), pause for at least 2 seconds, jump vertically from this position.
Every jump has a unique signature—from the way you push off the ground to the way you absorb shock.
INDICE EXTRACTION
