Warranty.
Vault Kinetics Inc. Limited Warranty
Vault Kinetics Inc. ("Company") warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If any component part becomes defective due to material or workmanship defects during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its discretion, either refund the purchase price, replace, or repair the defective product. This remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.
Limited Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks, and dents.
Consumable parts like batteries and adhesive tape unless damage has occurred due to defects in materials or workmanship.
Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes.
Damage caused by unauthorized service providers.
Damage to products that have been modified without the Company's written permission.
Damage from combining the product with unauthorized equipment or software.
Products with removed, modified, or rendered illegible serial numbers or identification markings.
Software Warranty: The Company does not warrant that the software or any portion thereof is error-free. If any software or firmware incorporated in any product fails to conform, the Company will provide a bug fix or software patch correcting such non-conformance within a reasonable period after receiving notice of the non-conformance and sufficient information to create the fix or patch.
Liability and Limitations: Except for the limited warranty mentioned above, the product is provided "as is" and the Company disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the warranties and remedies herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Vault Kinetics is not liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. The Company's liability, whether in contract, tort, under any warranty, or in negligence, shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the product. No action, regardless of form, arising out of this agreement may be brought more than one year after the cause of action has accrued.
Conditions for Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service the customer is required to pay for and provide the necessary shipping costs and shipping supplies
Repair parts and replacement products may be reconditioned or new.
All replacement products and parts become the property of the Company.
Repaired or replacement products will be subject to the original warranty period.
This warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law. All sales are final.
