Setup & user guide

From the box to your first jump

Six steps to power the platform, pair it with Vault One, and zero the sensors. Then a map of the app so you know where everything lives.

Setup

Power, pair, zero

  1. 01

    Download the app

Vault One runs on a phone or a tablet. Get it from the App Store on iOS or from Google Play on Android.

  2. 02

    Connect the battery bank

Plug the USB-A end of the cable into the battery bank and the USB-C end into the housing on the platform.

USB-A goes into the battery bank. USB-C goes into the housing.

  3. 03

    Check the indicator lights

Watch the battery bank. Its indicator lights turn on once the platform is drawing power, which tells you the connection is good.

No lights? Reseat both ends of the cable and make sure the bank is charged.

  4. 04

Open the app and allow Bluetooth

Open Vault One. When it asks for Bluetooth access, allow it. The app needs Bluetooth to find and talk to the platform.

  5. 05

    Connect to the platform

Open the left panel and tap Bluetooth. When your platform comes up in the list, tap it to connect. Its button turns green once it is connected.

Your platform shows under its own name. Here it is M217.
  6. 06

    Recalibrate

With the mat clear, tap Recalibrate in the left panel. This zeroes the sensors so your first reading starts from a true zero.

Recalibrate again any time you move the mat.

A wave runs across the mat as the sensors zero.

The app

Two panels, everything in reach

The live view sits in the middle. The controls live in two side panels, one on each edge of the screen.

Vault One, laid out. Exercises, Bluetooth, and Recalibrate on the left. Profiles and Login on the right.

Left panel

Every test and movement you can run.
Bluetooth

Recalibrating

Zero the sensors

Recalibrate takes the platform's current reading as zero, so everything it measures afterwards is relative to an empty mat. Keep the mat clear while it runs.

How

  1. Clear the mat.
  2. Open the left panel.
  3. Tap Recalibrate.

When

  • Right after you connect, before the first test.
  • Any time you move or reposition the mat.
  • If the readings do not sit at zero with nothing on the mat.

If something's off

Quick fixes

No lights on the battery bank
Check the cable: USB-A into the bank, USB-C into the housing, both ends fully seated. Make sure the bank is charged.
The app cannot find the platform
Confirm the bank lights are on, then check that Bluetooth is allowed for Vault One in your phone settings. Open the left panel and tap Bluetooth to try again.
Readings drift or do not start at zero
Clear the mat and tap Recalibrate in the left panel.
